Ultimately, fatigue or damage results, and the ability of your body to repair and defend itself can become seriously compromised. As a result, your risk of injury or disease escalates.
For optimum health, you should take charge of your personal health. Stop being stressed out. Learn to relax. Take steps to reduce your stress levels before damage is done.
